The program works. It always has. I'm being very truthful here. Number one as far as I'm concerned is that the whole thing works. What they tell you before you become an owner is what actually happens when you are an owner. It works financially, it works getting a hold of the boats, it works when something goes wrong. They always take care of you, quickly and with courtesy. All you have to see is that I've had 4 boats in the program.

The Moorings 514PC has tremendous space...the salon feels like a 60' vessel, with great openness and a much improved galley. The seating and forward cockpit area on deck, and cushioned area/sunbed off flybridge are excellent additions. The flybridge is spacious and the forward positioning of the helm station is tremendous. The flybridge range, fridge and sink are major pluses. The hydraulic dinghy platform is the best thing ever. And the large engines are a major major plus!

I am happy to report that the handover for "Area 51" to us went very well. As I told you when we spoke in September, if we got the boat in good condition by the November 1st handover date, we would be satisfied. This is what occurred, so we wound up pleased by the process. The Moorings Staff at the St. Lucia base did a great job. We felt that The Moorings really was trying to satisfy us and turnover the boat in the best possible condition. I can confidently recommend The Moorings to other potential owners.
